Company History
RPS structure was not established until 2008. The principals live in Georgia. RPS is a C Corporation. The company has completed the necessary registration with the State of Georgia and with the IRS to enter full-scale operations.
William T. Cousin had the original concept for the Company in 2004. He identified the market by researching government websites and researching government mandates concerning set-asides. In 2005 he met with Antonio Zaporta & Velda McKnight-Zaporta to bring Operational and Contract Administration skills to Ronin. The company has been registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) websites. The Central Contractor Registration system is a central repository of all companies and agencies wanting to do business with the Federal Government.
